My son and I had a great experience touring units with Candi, who was not only a witty guide, but a well-mannered and prepared professional. It felt like an intimate hotel experience. The terraces are to die for... the master closet is like an airport runway... the huge soaking tub was begging me to stay... the eat in kitchen, marble counters, high ceilings, lush landscaping, brick walkways, all the closet space... the finer touches like the moulding and hardware were noticeable too.

My wife and I moved from TX to FL a year ago and The Heritage at Boca Raton was where we settled. We’ve had a positive first year and elected to renew our lease for another year. Evelyn, Sharon, Mark, Tierney, and Ivan are the folks we have interacted with the most. We appreciate their helpfulness and care. When issues do pop up, they make best efforts to resolve things as quickly as possible.

A Tree Grows in Boca My wife and I have lived at The Heritage for seven years, and, as one might reasonably expect over that length of time, we've experienced some issues: delayed maintenance, inconsiderate residents, and poor communication from the property staff, to name a few. And, every year, when our lease is up for renewal, we consider our options – should we stay or should we go – by checking apartment and home rentals (with a peek at the home and condo sales market) in Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Omattie was absolutely amazing. Her showing me around the apartment place from pool to meeting room to exercise rooms to show room of how the apartment will look. She did an absolutely amazing job. If you’re looking for a place, she’s the best person to talk to and inform you on whatever you need.
